Outside things

It's been hot and humid lately, as is to be expected this time of year in the Mid-Atlantic region. That also means a lot of storms, which means a lot of rain and a lot of scary evenings for Anakin. 

However, all that rain is fuel for the chaos garden. That shit is out of control. My wife has green peppers, various kinds of tomatoes, beans, potatoes, berries, eggplant, cucumbers, cantaloupe, and watermelon growing in there and it is hard to tell what's what. But we have started to get some pretty good looking veggies from it. 

As a bonus, there was a beautiful sunset last night when we were outside looking at the garden. 

It's crazy that summer is almost over already. The kids go back to school in one month, and then the chaotic schedules begin again! I'm having a little bit of a hard time coming to terms with the fact that the twins graduate this year. Time marches on...
